Berawa

Berawa is one of the most exciting regions to recently emerge in the near vicinity of Seminyak. Its popularity grew once the Canggu Club/International School was built and the subsequent connecting road was created between Berawa and Batu Belig which significantly shortened the driving time to reach this quiet beachside Balinese community. Land is still available, but the options are becoming increasingly less apparent.

In a flurry, expatriates have moved to this area because of the International School and the Cangu Club, creating an explosion of residential construction currently well underway. Demand for houses for long term rental is enabling owners to receive quite high rates of return considering it is still ‘out of town’. Properties close to the beach receive good short term rental rates. This region has developed with a residential explosion and will have an extremely interesting future as the newly
moved-in families will assure amenities and infrastructure will continue to roll out. Berawa is a very popular place to buy a piece of land and build a dream villa.
