Jimbaran

With many villas coming online for sale, within a few years, the whole region may well be know as an entity of its own! The only problem that may feel unsettling is some locations seem quite isolated. Jimbaran Bay is located as a part of the Bukit Peninsula and this region is referred to as Bali’s “Golden Mile” and is famous for brands such as Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and Intercontinental.

The sloping hillside with amazing sunset views is now the site of many tropical villas and although Jimbaran is a busy tourist centre, it remains a quiet place for many expatriates to live while providing for sound investment. Land prices here are constantly increasing wherever there is an unobstructed view of the ocean. The interest in the area from tourism correlates to great holiday rental returns, although there can be slow months outside of peak tourist times. Again, this is another great location to take advantage of pre-construction packages with many to choose from. Great roads provide fast access to the airport and to the social epicenter of Seminyak.
