Kuta & Legian

For many decades, Kuta and Legian have been regarded as the epicenter of tourism in Bali with cheap accommodation, cheap food and of course loads of Australians! It has sustained two bombing attacks and still maintains interest from people all over the world.

Currently, there are very few luxury stand alone villas available for sale, leaving the best option to buy being holiday apartments with management packages. There are also options to purchase more residential style apartments in managed complexes which open up affordable opportunities for those wishing to spend under $100,000USD. Small allotments of vacant land under 10,000sqm are nearly impossible to find. However, the beachfront strip may present future opportunities as it will see major overhauls as older hotels will be renovated or demolished to make way for new projects.
