There are also options to purchase more residential style apartments in managed complexes which open up affordable opportunities for those wishing to spend under $100,000USD. Small allotments of vacant land under 10,000sqm are nearly impossible to find. However, the beachfront strip may present future opportunities as it will see major overhauls as older hotels will be renovated or demolished to make way for new projects.
