Petitenget & Oberoi

Petitenget and Oberoi are home to some of Bali’s finest establishments and are possibly the location of most interest amongst tourists wishing to stay where the sophisticated action is. Many successful villa developments are found here, along with restaurants and fashionable bars and clubs. If you can afford to spend up, you can’t go wrong!

Unfortunately, land is getting hard to find, especially close to the beach. There are a host of private villas for sale and they vary from USD$120,000- $1,000,000. Some of these are offered as part of villa developments with management packages included. Others are stand alone villas, for sale by private owner. Most of the property agents have something in this area, so check with more than one agent.
