Ownership is structured dependant upon whether or not you are a foreigner or have Indonesian citizenship. Purchase is done via a nominee for those who without Indonesian citizenship or direct purchase for those with citizenship. This format provides security along with also being a tax effective method in which to own and hold property, aswell as allowing an easy transfer of your ownership at or when you may decide to sell your villa with no property tax fees incurred.
Each villa is on its own title. Each title carries with it a owners charter, a management agreement (optional) and right to use agreement which allows the holder unlimited usage.
